Computer Science Education Week

 On December 4-10, 2017 Faculty of Computer technologies and Engineering of International Black Sea University participated in an annual, global project - Computer Science Education Week- organized by non-profit organization Code.org. What the faculty held was called Computer Science and Engineering Week. In scope of International Black Sea University the audience of the event was 8,9,10 and 11 graders.

English Language Teaching and American Culture Training

On December 8-9, 2017 the US Embassy to Georgia in partnership with International Black Sea University is conducting English Language Teaching and American Culture Training. The goal of the project is to support public school teachers of English from various regions of Georgia to enhance their knowledge and understanding of English language teaching methodology and American culture.

Methods of Analyzing Data

On December 7, the Faculty of Computer Technologies and Engineering organized a meeting for students with an experienced data specialist – Vincenzo Lagani. Vincenzo Lagani is an Italian scientists who is working on developing statistical methods and software tools for the analysis and integration of high dimensional data.

Embassy of The Republic of Poland in Tbilisi

On November 30, 2017, the newly appointed the First Counsellor of the Embassy of The Republic of Poland in Tbilisi, Mr. Gregorz Stykowski and the Consular Attaché of the Embassy of The Republic of Poland in Tbilisi, Mr.Tomasz UrbaƄski visited the IBSU School of Languages.
