The Rector of International Black Sea University, Prof. Dr. Ahmet Çetin Can and the Assistant to Rector, the Head of the Public Relations Department, Mrs. Marina Kipiani visited Gori University, on December 14, 2009. 

The meeting was opened by the speech of the Rector of Gori University, Professor Zaza Tsotniashvili. Besides, the attendants such as Prof. Dr. Ahmet Çetin Can, Levan Midodashvili (the Head of the Quality Assurance Service at Gori University), Ruizan Mekvabidze (the Coordinator of International Relations) and Maia Gogichaishvili (an MA student of  Gori University) gave their speech. There was a presentation depicting the most important events of the year. A mutual memorandum was signed between Gori University and International Black Sea University.
