International Black Sea University hosted the CETE (Center for English Teaching Excellence)/TESOL group (Teachers of English to Students of Other Languages) on November 19, 2009.

  
  
The CETE members organized the CETE/TESOL conference which took place on 19-22 November, 2009 (Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday). The group invited ESL and EFL scholars, lecturers, teachers, researchers and students to take part in the CETE/TESOL conference and award participants the certificate and one year CETE membership after full four-day attendance.
